Nurturing our bodyOptimal health results first from intention, commitment and consistency. Maintaining all the elements that support well-being requires daily , often small "re-calibrations". We never "arrive" at some idealized state. Being present is the most powerful way to recognize what you need to stay in flow. Nutrition, being physically active, getting enough sleep, having work you love and a healthy social network are just some of the ways we nurture our body, mind, heart and soul.
